Massive flood in Wilmette office building

Here we see what can happen when there are multiple frozen pipe breaks in a commercial setting. The furnace failed in this building around seven pm on a bitter January night, and by eight am this is what had occurred. SERVPRO WWS was dispatched to the scene and spent the entire night extracting and removing all of the affected carpet, carpet pad, drop ceilings and drywall. Our main focus was to mitigate the damage already present, and make sure the location of the pipe breaks were discovered in order to begin the plumbing repair as quick as possible. After four days of intense drying, the business was able to function again
